Life is full of challenges we never expect. Sometimes, having the right support can make all the difference.
Every person's story is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood while we work together to build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
My counselling journey has been shaped by experiences in education, emergency services, competitive athletics, and over a decade of lived experience as a paraplegic following a spinal cord injury. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the strength people often discover within themselves during life's most difficult moments.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, neurodiversity, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy travelling, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and continually pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
